Our fourth heart chakra, or "Anahata" is the chakra of peace, love, compassion, responsibility, honesty, and forgiveness, especially of one’s self. Green is the energy of love and transformation. It allows you to transform your ego and the needs of your lower chakras and open up to love. The lesson of this chakra is to become more loving and compassionate. It is at our heart center where the energies of lower chakras can be transformed and integrated into a more spiritual aspect of yourself.
For 28 days starting, February 1st I will help you reach beyond yourself and connect with something greater, wider, and deeper. It is at the heart center from which you can reach balance, love, form the healthiest and nourishing relationship, the relationship with self.
The primary lesson of the Heart Chakra is to find unconditional love, compassion and forgiveness for yourself and then others. We will touch on a new topic each week, and work collectively to heal the ‘wounded child’ that resides within all of us, so we change the energy of the world around us.
Spiritually, the Heart Chakra speaks to your conscience and human character. The energetic message of this chakra is “I love,” and influences not only your relationship with yourself but also your relationships with others.
We're going to go beyond the hype that surrounds the 14 days that lead up to Valentines Day. With this challenge, you will feel Valentines Day every day, and you will celebrate yourself going forward.
You deserve love, but you deserve your love most of all.

Remember, the goal of this challenge is to bring balance, a sense of boundless love, completeness, a deep sense of peace and to become in tune with others’ feelings. You should leave this challenge feeling at ease with yourself and the world. You will feel joyful and have great compassion. Your empathy will deepen. You will be more connected to self and the Creator. I can't wait for you to join me!
